PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFO:
THE CURRENT PROCESSING TIME FOR HANDMADE PRESS ON NAILS IS 2-3 WEEKS
Processing Time: How long it takes me to create your order.
Shipping Time: How long it takes USPS to deliver your package once it is dropped off at the Post Office.

First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Priority: 1-3 Business Days
Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days
Canada: 7-10 Business Days
Global/Everywhere Else (including Military APO): 7-21 Business Days
If you would like your nails sooner, please email me at NailsByNonna@gmail.com and our rush fee will be invoiced to you. Rush fee is $15 PER NAIL SET, NOT per order. All rush nails are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours of the fee being paid!
Placing an order with Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping WILL NOT EXPEDITE YOUR NAILS- my processing time still stands.
If you need your nails for a special event or for a specific date that is scheduled sooner than my processing time, please let me know BEFORE you order!
Please keep in mind that as a small business owner, I am doing everything I can to get orders out on time. I am a one-woman operation. All of my nail sets are hand painted and made to order. All orders are created in the order they are received.

PRESS-ON NAILS:
What do I get with my order?
You Will Recieve:
• 1 set of 10 Hand Painted Press on Nails (Unless ordered otherwise)
• Detailed instructions for nail application and removal. Caring for your custom press ons will be key in being able to reuse them again and again!
• Nail Application Kit:
1 Cuticle Pusher, 1 Alcohol Prep Wipe, 1 Mini Nail File & Buffer, 1 tube of professional nail glue, and 24 nail tabs.
How do know I know the nail size I need?
Please refer to my Nail Size Guide page or purchase a Nail Sizing Kit to ensure you get the perfect fit for your press-on nail order.
How do I apply my nails?
Detailed instructions for application & removal, as well as a full nail application kit, is included with every order. The nail application instructions are super-simple, and can be done in a snap!
How long will my nails stay on?
Nail tabs are for temporary wear and will give you 1-3 days of use depending on how rough you are with your hands.
Our professional nail glue will allow your press ons to last up to 1-4 weeks.
Are the nails strong?
I use the best nail tips available made from gel. These nail tips are stronger and more durable than regular plastic tips.
My handmade Press-Ons are MUCH stronger than store-bought Press-Ons and made with at least 5 coats of gel polish. Most designs have a coat of hard gel which makes the nails strong but still gives the nail the flexibility it needs to fit to your natural nail comfortably.
Are the press-ons reusable?
Yes. The use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable.
For those that prefer nail glue, I suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file. It will gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails and give you many more wears.
Do you offer custom designs or customizations on existing sets?
Yes I do.
If you have an idea for a nail set, a picture that you want recreated, etc. You can make these requests via direct message or via email (NailsByNonna@gmail.com).
Small custom changes to my existing sets such as different color, different charm or crystal placement, etc. can be made by adding these requests to the “Order Notes” box on the product page.
Larger custom changes such as larger crystals, or adding charms or crystals that do not come with the original set will need to be requested via email. Please send these larger requests to NailsByNonna@gmail.com and I will send you an invoice.
Every nail set is handmade so please contact me within 24 hours of purchasing if you would like any changes made.
ORDERS & SHIPPING:
What happens if I order the wrong size?
All nails are handmade with love and hours of hard work, so unfortunately I cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a sizing guide with measurement instructions in our FAQ and in every listing. We also have sizing kits available to ensure you find the perfect fit for your nails.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do!
I entered the wrong address/my order was misdelivered! What happens now?
I ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one!
Nails by Nonna is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal errors, etc. You must pay to reship items that have returned to us. If your order is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you asking for another address to ship to, then invoice you the shipping fee. Once that is paid, your package will be on the way. In general, reshipping a package is less than $3.
IF YOU HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS OR HAVE MADE ANY TYPOS PLEASE NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY SO I CAN MAKE ANY NEEDED CHANGES BEFORE PRINTING YOUR SHIPPING LABEL!
My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it (Lost or Missing packages)
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Nails by Nonna hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Nails by Nonna assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it is missing, please contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Do you accept cancellations or returns?
I happily accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24 hours you are agreeing to wait for your item to be made and no refunds will be issued.
Please note that poor timing/planning, not reading the FAQs and not reading the listing descriptions will not be valid reasons for issuing a refund.
Due to my products being handmade, and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. The only exception would be in the case of products being delivered in a defective or damaged state. If this does occur, please email me at NailsByNonna@gmail.com and include 1 or more images of the damaged item(s).

I do my best to photograph my nail sets as true-to-color as possible, but due to the way different monitors and phone screens display color please understand that they may differ slightly. Each product is custom made by hand and CANNOT be returned. By purchasing these items you are acknowledging that slight variations in color between the online representation and the actual colors may vary slightly.***
